Registration Agreement

By registering for Clonevest, you (“User” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your use of our services, including access to crypto trading signals and copy trading features. This Registration Agreement supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

You understand and agree that trading cryptocurrencies involves significant financial risk. Clonevest provides trading signals and copy trading tools as informational resources only. You acknowledge that:

• Any losses incurred from following our trading signals or copying trades are solely your responsibility.
• Clonevest, its affiliates, and its employees are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences resulting from your trading decisions.
• Past performance of signals or trades does not guarantee future results.

2. No Claims Against Clonevest

You agree not to hold Clonevest responsible or pursue legal action against us for any monetary losses or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to market volatility, signal inaccuracies, or technical issues.

3. API Key Security

If you integrate your trading accounts with Clonevest using API keys, you agree to:

• Keep your API keys confidential and secure at all times.
• Not share your API keys with any third parties.
• Accept full responsibility for any unauthorized access or misuse of your trading accounts resulting from compromised API keys.

Clonevest is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by the exposure or misuse of your API keys.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Clonevest’s services responsibly and in accordance with our Terms of Service. This includes not sharing access to our trading signals or copy trading features with unauthorized individuals.

5. Termination of Access

Clonevest reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated this Agreement or for any other reason at our discretion.

6. Governing Law

This Registration Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
